At Trending Toy Room, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed during sales, festive seasons, or promotional events may experience slight processing delays.
2. Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary based on your location and courier partner.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. For orders below this amount, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
Courier partner issues
Weather conditions or natural events
Regional restrictions or remote locations
High order volumes during sales periods
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping in such cases.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order, the courier partner will generally make 2–3 attempts before returning the order to us. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated failed deliveries or refusal to accept the order may result in restrictions on placing future COD orders with us.
8. Areas We Ship To
We currently offer Pan-India delivery across all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. We accept both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Certain remote or restricted pin codes may not be eligible for COD — this will be indicated at checkout.
