At Trending Toy Room, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully — including product details, size/variant, and quantity — before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we want every customer to receive their order in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement for genuinely damaged or incorrect items received during transit.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
